Stand-alone dental – you do not have to have medical coverage.

• Individual, Family or Children only policies
• Comprehensive coverage for preventive, basic and major services
• Preventive care with NO deductible or waiting period
• Choose between Premier Plan or Dental Value Plan.
• Choose in-network or out-of-network dentists.
